Due to the revised tidal predictions received from Heysham Port, the Ben-my-Chree Heysham to Douglas sailing is departing 30 minutes ahead of schedule this weekend.
The current tidal level in Heysham is 0.5m below its predicted level.
The Steam Packet say the decision to bring forward the crossings has been made with the safety of the vessel, its passengers and crew in mind.
The Steam Packet Company will attempt to contact all passengers who will be travelling on the affected sailings to advise them accordingly.
