Manx National Heritage owns residential and commercial properties worth almost £8.9 million.
Arbory, Castletown and Malew MHK Jason Moorhouse asked Enterprise Minister Tim Johnston about MNH properties in a question for written answer.
In his response, Mr Johnston said the body owned 21 residential properties, a farm and 11 commercial units.
In 2023, its properties were valued at £8,887,800 - although the farm isn't included in the figure and is currently being valued.
