A yellow weather warning for heavy rain is in force across the Island today.
The notice from Ronaldsway Met Office is in place until 9pm tonight.
Forecasters are warning the whole of the Isle of Man is likely to be affected, with up to 25mm of water expected in most places and up to 50mm in the hills.
They add this could cause areas of standing water and some localised flooding in regions where drains are blocked.
