'Heavy lies the head that wears the crown,' were the words of the Island's Chief Minister following criticism over recent changes to the Council of Ministers.
During this morning's Tynwald sitting, MHK Tim Glover asked an urgent question about the stability of government following ministerial changes.
It comes following the sacking of former Health Minister Rob Callister - who was only in the role for less than two months.
In response, Alfred Cannan accused Mr Glover of 'moaning on the backbenches.'
