Protesters demonstrating against changes to Manx abortion laws say they're hoping both sides of the debate will be heard fairly.
Members of the Humanity and Equality in Abortion Reform group were outside the House of Keys yesterday hoping to catch the attention of MHKs as they went into the sitting.
They were objecting to Ramsey MHK Alex Allinson's plea for permission to put forward a Private Member's Bill in order to update legislation - something which was supported by the court.
Speaking before the decision was made HEAR member Hannah Grove said balance was key:
Treasury can’t say how much is made from medicinal cannabis
Road closures planned for tin baths this weekend
DOI has no junction safety concerns over Iceland plans
LegCo to face questions in this morning's sitting
Passport prices to rise
House of Keys to sit for final time before election
Island cyclist to ride in Tour De France
Police appeal over promenade street brawl
