Health and Social Care Minister Claire Christian says only private operations are carried out at Ramsey Cottage Hospital on Saturdays.
She faced a question for written response from Onchan MHK Julie Edge about Saturday surgery at the hospital.
Mrs Christian said between August last year and October this year, 102 private patients were treated during the private sessions.
She added they had cost Manx Care just over £136,000 and made a gross income of just over £164,000.
