The Island's health minister says the government has found more cash for Manx Care after it revealed it was ready to cut back on Island operations.
In the House of Keys, Health and Social Care Minister Claire Christian faced questions over proposed healthcare cuts.
Last month, Manx Care proposed closing hospital wards and suspending some surgeries as it faced a £15 million overspend.
Mrs Christian told MHKs those decisions had now been overturned:
