Inspections into the Island's health and social care services have started following a pilot programme.
The Care Quality Commission is currently looking into care homes and home care agencies until August, with dental and GP inspections taking place from July.
A pilot inspection of the urgent and emergency department at Noble's will happen in June, followed by a full look at the hospital in October - including Hospice Isle of Man.
The government says services should not be impacted by these inspections.
