Guy Martin has pulled out of this week's Southern 100 races saying he's not fit to race.
The four-time solo champion says he's had insufficient time to prepare his machines for the Billown Course ahead of the start tonight.
It follows his decision to take part in the Tour Divide mountain bike endurance event instead of the TT this year.
Race secretary George Peach says Guy was "most apologetic" saying it wouldn't be fair on spectators and fellow racers for him to turn up when he wasn't "race fit".
