A man from Douglas who admitted failing to provide a breath specimen to police will be sentenced in March.
Robert Kumor of Empire Terrace changed his plea when he appeared before Deputy High Bailiff Jayne Hughes this week.
The court heard he'd failed to give a specimen on April 17 last year at police headquarters.
Kumor was bailed in the sum of £500 and will appear for sentencing on Thursday, March 8.
