A cash injection is supporting workshops in the north of the Island which aim to boost people's physical and mental wellbeing.
A £3,500 grant from the Manx Lottery Trust is going to Jurby and Northern Community Initiatives to allow the group to host local herbology and creative writing for wellbeing workshops for residents in Jurby and the surrounding area.
Centre Coordinator for Jurby and Northern Community Initiatives, Angela Quaggin, says: "We are very grateful to Manx Lottery Trust for its ongoing support of our charity and enabling us to host workshops like this for our community."
It's the second grant the group has received from the trust in 2020 - the first allowed the organisation to bring in a 'Centre Co-ordinator' to develop new ideas and activities to provide for the local community.
