Entries are now open for this year's Granite Mann Challenge.
The event is the Island's only off-road triathlon, and is organised by The Children's Centre and sponsored by Alta.
It's set to take place on Sunday September 18 at Cringle reservoir and plantation, and includes a 400m swim, 10km mountain bike ride and a 5km scenic trail run.
Competitors can enter as an individual or a team, with the opportunity to just complete the cycle and run.
You can enter through the event page on The Children's Centre website.
