GPs will meet again at the start of next month for another quarterly education session.
It gives doctors across the Island the opportunity to meet, share good practice and learn new skills.
However it does mean that there will be no doctor's appointments available on the afternoon of April 3rd.
Practices will remain open for patients to make appointments, collect test results and order repeat prescriptions.
An on-call GP will also be available in the event of an emergency.
