That's what Ramsey MHK Lawrie Hooper wants to know, having tabled a question to Treasury Minister Chris Thomas in the House of Keys next week.
He's also asking where these buildings are, and if the minister will make a statement.
The House of Keys is due to sit at 10am in Legislative Buildings in Douglas on Tuesday, March 10.
