The government says it won't disclose figures about maintainence costs for the former Nurse's Home in Douglas, after getting several freedom of information requests about it.
Due to the number of requests submitted about the same topic, it considers them to be vexatious or malicious.
Many of the questions were about the Manx Development Corporation, which carried out the project.
One also wanted to know how much has been paid in fees to agents managing the Thie Clag development on Westmoreland Road.
