Manx Utilities says scheduled maintenance on the government website today means it can't take online payments.
The site will be unavailable until 5pm while work takes place on it.
On Facebook, Manx Utilities says that will affect customers who use online services to make payments.
It adds you can call 687687 today if you need to get in touch with it.
