The Department of Home Affairs wants your views on the proposed changes to the Proceeds of Crime Bills.
The law, which fights financial crime, has not been significantly updated since 2008 and doesn't include new technology like crypto-assets.
Justice and Home Affairs Minister Jane Poole-Wilson says the updates will allow the Island to combat financial crime.
