Public Health is inviting people to share their experiences of managing their weight in a new survey.
It asks which support services are most helpful, and about the biggest obstacles to maintaining a healthy weight.
The government will use the findings for a new Healthy Weight Needs Assessment to shape future policy - the last poll showed 64 percent of participants were overweight or obese.
It's running until Monday, July 6 - you can find a link to the survey here.
