The government's applying changes to the way Ukrainians can move to the Isle of Man to live.
A statement of changes in immigration rules is due before Tynwald during its January sitting.
The changes will see one scheme close but another open, allowing people from the war-torn country to settle here for up to 18 months.
The schemes are changing after the UK updated them in November.
