A Ramsey commissioner has accused of the government of withholding funding for social housing.
Juan McGuinness says he wants to know why a project on Albert Road has stalled as it awaits cash from the Department of Infrastructure.
He says a Freedom of Information request to the Treasury seems to show the government is waiting for historically low interest rates.
And he says the lack of previously-agreed money for Close Woirrey means the site is becoming an eyesore instead of being demolished.
