The Enterprise Minister says there is currently only one first-time buyer development in progress on the Island.
In a written question, Onchan MHK Julie Edge asked for a list of all affordable home developments, with investment from the Island Infrastructure Scheme.
In his response, Enterprise Minister Tim Johnston confirmed that the Dandara Waterside at Quay West apartments in Douglas will provide six homes.
He added that two new applications are currently going through the planning process, which may offer affordable housing, but can't confirm until the decisions are made.
