The government says it's made a number of changes to procedures and rules following a high-profile employment tribunal.
An independent review looked into the government's handling of the case brought by former chief medical officer Dr Rosalind Ranson - who won £3.2 million after a tribunal found she'd been unfairly dismissed.
In January, the Council of Ministers response to the report of Richard Wright KC will be considered by Tynwald.
The document says 17 out of 24 recommendations made have already been implemented.
