Problems with government IT means Manx Utilities' smart meter app isn't working properly.
Ongoing issues have affected a number of government departments since yesterday - the Welcome Centre says it's also affected.
Manx Utilities says its SmarterLiving app, used to top up smart meters, is experiencing what it calls 'intermittent issues'.
The organization says it's turned off disconnections to make sure nobody is left without power.
Customers may be experiencing intermittent issues with the SmarterLiving App due to ongoing IT issues at this time. We have applied non-disconnect for our PAYG customers to ensure they remain on supply pending a resolution. pic.twitter.com/s6NamkxYYL
