The government says it can't provide a five-day express service for passports until at least June.
The service was suspended last August when the government said changes to the Island's delivery service and staffing meant it couldn't keep up with demand.
It extended the suspension in December, and now says it'll continue until at least June.
Its standard passport service takes up to 20 days.
