The government's extending financial support for apprenticeships to larger employers.
Chief Minister Alfred Cannan confirmed at the government conference the removal of the cap on incentive payments.
This means any qualifying business can now receive backing for apprenticeships, regardless of size.
Employers may claim up to £60 a week per apprentice to cover training costs, with support backdated to April 2025.
