Landowners are being urged to open up their sites to government in a bid to boost development in the east of the Island.
The Cabinet Office has issued a 'call for sites' as part of preparations for an Eastern Area Plan - it wants land for housing and employment.
It says a new plan is "critical" for the development of Douglas and its surrounding parishes - speaking last month Onchan MHK Peter Karran said it had to be looked at on a 'professional basis':
