The company behind a shop in Castletown which closed earlier this year has applied to be dissolved.
The Gaslight Gift Shop, which was based in Malew Street, shut its doors for the last time at the end of January.
It's now applied to the Island's Registrar General for dissolution.
If no written objections are received, it'll be dissolved in a month's time.
