If you're planning on going angling in the school holidays, make sure you have a licence - or face a fine of up to £2,000.
That's the warning from the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture.
On Facebook, it says fishing rivers, reservoirs and other Manx waters, on public or private land, is illegal without a licence.
It's reminding people to get theirs now or risk a fine and having their fishing gear confiscated.
