Almost two years after closing its public counter because not enough people were using it, Isle of Man Energy says it'll reopen next week.
The customer service counter at its office on South Quay in Douglas will reopen on Tuesday, September 16.
The company says the facility's return is part of an improvement strategy to help those who can't pay online or by phone.
In November 2023, the firm shut the public counter, saying it wasn't viable or necessary.
