The Isle of Man has a new head of its largest gas company.
Aidan Baglow is the new interim chief executive of the Islands Energy Group, which owns Isle of Man Energy - formerly Manx Gas.
It's after the group's chief executive Jo Cox announced she was leaving to pursue new opportunities.
Mr Baglow joined Isle of Man Energy in 2008 and lives on the Island.
