A decision has been made over the future of Ramsey Courthouse.
A new contract with the 'The Heart of Ramsey (THOR) Limited' has been agreed by the commissioners.
The Company has been granted a 12-month 'period of exclusivity', after an expressions of interest process last year.
It means the trustees of THOR will determine their plans for proposed alterations to the Courthouse.
The proposals in question show major changes.
