Parts of the Marine Biological Station in Port Erin remain in danger of collapse after a fire in December - with engineers still inspecting the damage.
That's according to the Infrastructure Minister who faced questions in Tynwald yesterday about the future of the building following the blaze.
Ray Harmer also revealed the department had been approached over a possible use for the site but confirmed talks were still at an early stage.
He said he was still hopeful a new tenant could be found:
