A yellow weather warning will come into place later today for coastal overtopping.
The Met Office says it will be in force from 11am until 3pm this afternoon.
It will mostly affect Shore Road Rushen, and Castletown, Douglas, Laxey and Ramsey Promenades.
There is still a small risk of minor inner harbour flooding for the Tongue in Douglas and Mezeron Corner in Ramsey.
