Government are appealing to the private sector to see the development opportunities in Lower Douglas.
Guidance notes were published for the types of developments people would like to see around the Middlemarch, Lord Street and North Quay sites.
The Guidance will be used as a policy document to assist in determining planning applications made within that area.
