An annual event to showcase the positive impact of activity on mental health was held earlier this month.
The fun day was held by Manx Sport and Recreation, Next Step and Brunswick Gardens, and featured a range of activities such as boxercise and arts and crafts sessions.
Government says events like this 'play a crucial role in raising awareness about the positive impact of physical activity on health and wellbeing.'
It adds that this initiative is part of government's commitment to provide opportunities which promote and improve health and wellbeing through sport, activity, culture and arts.
