The Chief Minister says the government must prepare for the winter when it comes to rising oil prices over the war in the Middle East.
Alf Cannan was responding to a question in the House of Keys this week from Ramsey MHK Lawrie Hooper.
Mr Hooper wanted to know what contingency plans are in place to guard against price spikes.
