Parents struggling to help their teenaged children can get free help later this month.
A parent workshop entitled Raising Resilient Teens: Spotting the Hidden Signs of Worry or Low Mood will take place at the Keyll Darree Education Centre at Nobles Hospital.
The 90-minute workshop gets underway at 7pm on Tuesday, March 24 and will help parents support their youngster's wellbeing.
