A Martial Arts school on the Isle of Man is offering free self-defence classes for women.
After a series of successful seminars on how women can defend themselves, Gracie Barra decided to start physical classes using Brazilian jiu-jitsu techniques.
It comes amid a surge in UK demand following the deaths of Sarah Everard and Ashling Murphy.
The Isle of Man classes will take place each Friday at 6pm.
Anyone interested should contact Gracie Barra for more details, as there may be a waiting list.
