A former car dealer who was jailed for more than nine years after being convicted of £860,000 worth of fraud is to appeal against his sentence.
Glenn Barry Cooper admitted 21 offences of fraud and theft by falsely applying for loans and keeping money made from car sales and was jailed for nine years and 10 months in January.
He's now appealed against his sentence and will appear in court before Judge of Appeal Cross and Deemster Gough.
The hearing is due to take place on April 26.
