Four Tynwald members will ask the chief minister to remind the UK over its duty not to support countries accused of war crimes or crimes against humanity.
Douglas East MHK Joney Faragher, Douglas North member John Wannenburgh Douglas South MHK Sarah Maltby and Gary Clueit MLC will back a motion when the court sits in July.
It calls for Chief Minister Alf Cannan to write to the UK government reminding it not to provide defence, security, or intelligence support to any state accused of serious breaches of international law.
Tynwald's next sitting is due to get underway on Tuesday, July 15.
