Onchan commissioners have applied for permission to turn a former doctor's surgery into a shop.
The local authority has applied for planning permission to transform a unit on Main Road.
In its application, it says the vacant surgery would become a shop with an office under the proposals.
And it adds the shop would open by appointment to begin, although eventually, it would open 10am to 4pm on weekdays as well as Saturday mornings.
