'Paramount City' based on Queens promenade had been on the market for £550,000.
Estate agents Cowley Groves, who were behind the sale - says they're 'delighted' and are looking forward to seeing what the future holds for the landmark building.
The once thriving club consists of three-storeys and is need of total refurbishment.
