The prosecution and defense appeals in the case of a Douglas gym coach will be heard over the next two days.
Harold Volante denies eight counts of indecent assault on girls aged 10 to 15.
The 62 year old was banned from entering the Ellan vannin gym – where he was a coach - and going into public areas where there are children unless he is accompanied.
His lawyer says that no such orders should have been imposed.
The appeals are being heard today and tomorrow.
