The former deputy director of Ronaldsway Airport claimed he left because he couldn't endure constant bullying and harassment.
Jeremy Spake took up the position at Ronaldsway in 2018, and a statement from the airport confirmed he has has now stepped down.
On LinkedIn Mr Spake says he was subjected to 'bullying, harassment and mobbing on an almost industrial scale'.
He claimed the DOI ignored his concerns, so 'had been left with no choice but to move on'.
A spokesman for the airport said:
‘Isle of Man Airport can confirm that the deputy airport director, Jeremy Spake, has chosen to step down from his position. We’d like to take the opportunity to thank Jeremy for his hard work and diligence, and wish him well for the future. A recruitment process will take place in due course.’
