The former headquarters of a homelessness charity could become a residential home under a new planning application.
Myrtle Ltd, based in Braddan, has applied to convert two office buildings on Myrtle Street in Douglas to homes.
One of the buildings was the original home of Kemmyrk before the charity rebranded as Housing Matters and moved office.
In its application, the company says as well as being dwellings, both would see some additional tourism use.
