A former Anglican church on the Isle of Man has been listed for sale or rent.
All Saints on Alexander Drive in Douglas opened in 1967 but stopped being used as a church in 2017.
It's on the market for £500,000 or can be leased for £40,000 a year.
The registered building has a floor area of more than 4,000 sq ft, including a hall, vestry, kitchen, office and toilet.
