The Isle of Man Foodbank is asking for support to help children over the summer.
It says during school holidays, some parents struggle to feed their youngsters if they normally get free school meals
It's launched "Holiday Hunger", and will be collecting parcels during Douglas Carnival from 1pm today.
It's asking for donations of "Grab and Go" parcels containing bottles of water, juice boxes, fruit or jelly pots, crisps or cereal bars and apples.
