The Department of Health and Social Care says it doesn't have information about why women might seek abortions.
A Freedom of Information request asked for details after Onchan MHK Julie Edge raised the issue in a Tynwald question.
The person who submitted the request asked if terminations were health related or what they call "pregnancy through criminal doings".
However, the DHSC says only Manx Care has information about the procedures.
