An Island resident has had a freedom of information request refused - because they asked 20 questions in 19 weeks.
The Department of Infrastructure says one of the requests contained a total of 14 questions, in breach of the government FOI guidelines.
In response to the latest five requests - which contain 17 queries - the department says it now considers the person behind them "vexatious".
The DOI points out it's formally offered advice about requesting information, but says those responsible have continued to disregard it.
