A deal to sell airline Flybe to a consortium has been confirmed.
An agreement was reached yesterday with Connect Airways who now take charge of its assets and operations.
The Exeter-based airline runs several services to and from the Island including Liverpool and Manchester.
The Connect Airways consortium includes Virgin and Stobart Group.
A meeting of shareholders to finalise the purchase will take place on March 4.
